BADI MB_MIGO_ITEM_BADI

Hi

where can we use the BADI MB_MIGO_ITEM_BADI?

I got some info regarding this.

when we select material the storage location and item text will be set. But my doubt is there is no need to select material. the material will be automatically copied from PO.

Any one can explain the scenario?
