anonymous user spawning security errors in default trace

In NW04s SPS8 w/Portal:

I have setup an anonymous user (anon1) with a custom role (no actions assigned) and the everybody role.

It works fine in testing. The user can pass the URL and goes right into the specific portal desktop screen that's intended.

But in the startup of the Portal, the defaultTrace is littered with errors like:

#1.5#0003BADBF0DE0014000000270000013D00041FB7B99B8F2C#1160773860298#com.sap.ip.c

##Exception in method: javax.jms.JMSSecurityException: You do not have permissio

ns: action create_queue and instance ALL.

It's referring to user 'anon1' and a lack of rights it has. I don't see an action available called 'create_queue' or 'create_topic' (another similar error), so I'm not sure why this keeps populating the defaulttrace.
