Email notification when load fails

Hi,

We have Process chains and Infopackage groups in our system. We need to send email notifications whenever a process fails.

I am not sure how we can send notifications of load failures that are done through infopackage groups.

For the processes in process chains is there any better way other than going to each process in process chain and creating a message.

Can someone clarify the above 2 issues.

Thanks

just right click on ur process variant-> select create message-> select option of message with errors->give the name of the variant-> now ur in the send messahe screen-> select maintain recipent list-> write the mail id, and select external address as option-> go back-> click on edit document, and write the message u wanna send->save it and go back.

the one way you can achieve this is by creating one new process chain and assign ur process chain as local PC (by selecting local process chain variant) in that new process chain. Now create message for that local PC variant rather than each process of process chain. In this way you will only get one mail for your load failure.
