Hello, I have problems to update the categories of products. The created new data in R3 do not arrive at CRM. I tried one product initial charge but it gives an error by unknown category.

As I can update the categories?

    did you download DNL_CUST_PROD1 before the initial download of Products?

    otherwise go to transaction R3AS, in the load object field, enter the above mentioned object and execute.

    this should get all the categories from R/3 to CRM
