delta sensitive fields at document level o trigger delta

Hello Experts,

In case of a Sales Item extractor having Sales doc,Sales item

1.when will the 0STORNO/0RECORDMODE get the '' value? Should both the sales doc and sales item change?

2.when will the 0STORNO get the 'N' value?

Is it for existing doc number and new item created?

Also on R3 side, if the sales item extractor is delta enabled, then which fileds should get changed on the sales document to trigger a delta for that changed record? How can we find the delta sensitive fields at the document level?
