Cannot able to load from PSA -> Infocube

Hello All,

I did managed to do a full load from BW 3.5 to BI 7.0 system till PSA using infopackge selections and iam uanable to further load data to inthe infocube using DTP's from PSA...,Did anyone had a similar issue before ???

Iam able to load successfully ,but iam getting no records in all datapackages.

Go and check ur PSA is having data or not.

For checking the PSA data, go to Datasource->right click on that DS-> Select Manage-> now check ur PSA is having data or not.

Or simply go to Infopakackage from where u load to PSA, and check on monitor how many records updated?

when u create DTP by default it takes Extraction Mode option as Delta only. I will again suggest to cross check it, or just go to change mode, and make it full load again, and try to load data agin.

KJ- No it didnt work as i did tried to load using full mode only after checking the default status .....

Some strange things are happening ....,I tried to run the Infopackage load with some selections at first and it did selected 378k records which is the correct volume ,and i tried loading using delta init in infopacakge to check if it works through that way ,but this this time its running with huge volumes with out stopping ...

P.S : Mine is a datamart loads (ODS) loading from an a system to an infocube in an another system ....I dont understand why this is behaving strangely ...

if urs is data mart load, y u r using Infopackage? u can directly schedule ur DTP.

Check in ur DTP that the option for loading from active data is selected or from change log? and check the correspoding tables in ODS also.

Assign points is u find answer to ur questions helpful.

I didnt if i could directly schedule using DTP coz i was thinking PSA staging is a must always ?? Could also let me know where could i get the option of checking for loading from active data or change log ??

Please be aware of the new concept in NW2004s, whereby using an export datasource does indeed require the need for a infopackage to psa and then a dtp to read this.
