Authorized Variables in the Query screen fills only partial values

We have upgraded our BW system to BI 7.0 with SP 9 (Front end patch 9,revision 300) and with new security concept (Analysis Authorization).We migrated the Authorization relevant objects and roles to BI 7.0. TheInitial screen displays with the default authorized pre-filled values

in the variables which is correct. Once you change the value of anyother variable in the same screen and then click on Check button, thedefault authorized values disappears and displays only partial authorized values.

The report executes only with Partial authorized values which is totally wrong.

Ex: User has access to company codes 1300 & 1880 only. At first theCompany Code variable was filled with both the company codes 1300 and1880, after adding additional values in Fiscal Year variable & Posting period nd clicking the check button, the company code variables

display only 1300 instead of both.

I did verified OSS and didn't find any OSS#.

I appreciate your help if anyone know how to fix this issue.
