Unable to access Time Statements in ESS

The user is getting a critical error(com.sap.pcuigp.xssfpm.java.FPMRuntimeException) when trying to access his time statements from ESS portal. The user recently moved to a different country and trying to access statement there. Are there any country specific paramaters that are needed to be changed or set when a employee is reallocated?

Please help me.

Was the user able to display his Time statement previously?

Make sure the time statement is generated and the feature HRFOR is set for the country where the employee now resides.

if the user has travelled on Businees visa...sometimes dept on the companies policies ,his personnel number gets delimited (or terminated)in the home country and is then rehired in the host country,during which time certain changes such as his sysid in IT105 communications needs to be linked to the new pernr he gets in the host country.

if that doesnt happen he gets such error.

check his actions overview to determine if he has been terminated and rehired if yes,check the IT105 if that is linked to ESS id.
