Style does not apply in Smartforms and # in place of special characters

hu everyone,

I have a problem with the smartforms.

I used a program that display a smartform (payroll). but It did not used the style that's assiociated with this smartform, and all my special characters (like accent) are replaced by #.

Anyone can help ??

hi Quentin,

Please ask your basis administration to set the printer drivers accordingly.

Basis people are always of a kind where if the print is comming, that means the printer is set.

Ask him to get the exact driver of the printer and then try printing the output.
