Dear all,
I am changing my customer group (Eg. NORTH to EAST) in mid of the year and when I am taking the report all the info relates to the customer is shifted into new group, which is wrong. how do I track this information correctly.

The customer group table is located in OCRD table, GroupCode field. The thing is, that all documents already generated with the previous group are not going to be changed.
So if you display a report with data (documents) containig the previous group, you'll probably get that message.
Are you creating a new group or updating the previous one ?
