deletion of files form application server

Hi All,

We have requirement of deleting PDFs which are not attached to the vehicle requirement of deleting files from application server .

One possibility is to wite a progema which deletes dataset.

Any suggestions other than the one we have is highly appreciable.

Itts a very urgent issue which our client waqnts as soon as possible.
