Parameter passing between Local Development Components

Hi,

In my Project I need to interact between Local DC's.

I have two local DC's, where in I need to pass two parameters from one local DC(Local_DC_A) to other(Local_DC_B).

When I click on Link(LinkToURL/LinkToAction UI Element)in View of Local_DC_A then the Local_DC_B should receive those parameters and display the corresponding results depending on the parameters value.

Please provide me the exact <b>step by step</b> procedure to acheive this.
