Workflow Certification Exam

Hi all..

Anybody can give me some information how should I proceed for Workflow Certification Exams. Does SAP provide that?

Again, I registered in SAP.com but I am not being able to log in. It is not accepting any user ID. Does it give any specific UderId return to us or is it the one we provide as our 1st name or something else.
