GR/IR Clearing Account

Hello Gurus:

How can I set up a nother GR/IR account?

I have read that in most cases it is advisable to keep the one existing account set up, but then how can one make a customized GR/IR so that a certain PO type will use the specific account for GR/IR?

Is it possible to set up a customized type that mimics the WRX transaction GR/IR clearing account so that there are two seperate GR/IR Clearing accounts?

In WRX you would need to add the general modificaion field that correlates to the movement type. You then would set up a GL account at the level.

Hey Dave thank you for the quick response. It helped trememndously but now I am trying to determine how I will need to differentiate between different types of PO and different types of account assignment category with this new GRIR.

So I have two diff accounts in wrx, one with an empty account modifcation and one with the same account modification as the z account assignment category for the type of PO that needs its own GRIR.
