SAP GUI 6.4 ISSUES ISSUES

I posted a message about 2-3 days. Thanks to ll who replied.

I am running into many issues

1/ The zip files all dont unzip OK - I get I/O error on extract of some files

2/ Install fron CD does not istall SAPRTF.OCX correctly

3/ In both cases, if I continue and run SAPLOGON, I get "failed to initialize" message which I assume is because of (1) (2) issues

So what does one do in this case.
