ABAP Help

Hello all,

I have good exp. on ABAP. I am moving into Workflow. I dont have any exp abt that. Need ur help guys. wht exactly workflow is and is it good for ABAP devloper to move to Workflow.

And one more thing is in workflow more of coding will be in ABAP. Is this right?
