Ex : In COPA
Query : 0COPA_C01_Q006
Based on cube : 0COPA_C01.
I have filled the cube , but donot know how to use the query , explain in step by step to run the query .
Will it be filled automatically , explain step by step procedure to run SAP Standard queries .
( Points Assured )
Hi BI Begineer,
if you have activated the query with the technical name 0COPA_C01_Q006 from Business Content just open the BEx Analyzer or the Query Designer und use the "open" button. The path is on your local client PC: start -> programs -> Business Explorer (or similar)! Just enter the "0COPA_C01_Q006" and thats it. If no frontend has been installed on you PC go to transaction "RSRT" or "RSRT2" and enter and run query.
Try it.

Adem

Hi ,
I assigned points to all.
If i use RRMX , OPEN->QUERIES , Select info area ,
Select the query name , it opens and shows output.
But if i give technical name of query and press enter i get "No entries Found ' . Is query name case sensitive .
Best Regards

Hi ,
When i use RRMX , and give the standard query name i
get that 'No entries found '.
What is reason for this , when i use transaction RSRT ,
search option i could not see any standard query name,
i could see only query that i have manually created.
Best Regards

Hi,
You can install the standard queries delivered by SAP from Business Content. Since the cubes are from Business Content see whether the queries are also installed. The queries cannot be installed without the standard cubes. Else you just install from Business Content and can use them directly.
Hope this helps you.....

Hi,
first you have to Install the Query in Business Content.
Goto BEx QUery Designer Open and Execute the Query.
Query does not contains any Data.A query Conteins only the Structure.Once you Execute the Query it'll Retrieve the Data from the Corresponding Info provider and Displays in BEx Analyzer.
Hope it helps.
Thanks,
-Vijay

Hi,
Go to RSA1-> Business Content->Query->Search for your Query->Transfer Structure->Install
Go to Bex and see the query and run it.
