how to assgin a plant to a vendor?

hi all:

Is it possible to assgin a plant to a vendor?the following sentences come from sap standard article.it seems available, but I don't know how to and where?

"When you create the stock transport order with order type NB, you specify a vendor. <b>A plant is assigned to this vendor in the vendor master rccord.</b> This plant is called the delivering plant. However, if you create a stock transport order with order type UB, you enter the delivering plant immediately."

Hi Lance

In purchasing org view of the vendor, go to Purchasing data. On the top, click on Extras and then click on "Add. Purchasing Data" - You can assign a plant to a vendor here.
