MSS PCR Error: Name not known

Hi,

We're trying PCRs in MSS but can't move forward as we get the error 'Name not known'. Any pointers on what should be setup will be appreciated.

Thanks for the help. Was advised that this error was coming out because username in tcode QISRSCENARIO does not exist. We did replace it with a valid user and no longer get this error.

We have imported these MSS scenarios. However, we are still getting the same error.

It could be missing authorization objects or RFC error.

In ST01, set the trace for RFC and Authorization on the portal manager (logged in user).

Let me know what you get there.

Hi,

The Team Viewer is fine. We got this error on the PCR forms (Separation, Transfer, etc.). We're using MSS Business Package 60.1 on EP7.

I am assuming that you are trying to run standard mss scenarios.

Sounds like you are missing standard MSS configuration.

Do this:

Run report RSCLCCOP to Copy Object Lists Between Clients.

Execute this report in the client to which you want to transport the settings. You must have entered this client in the client table T000 and it should

have been generated completely using a client copy.

Then import all the mss scenarios that SAP delivers.

P46C_ISR, P46C_ISR_SCENARIO, AX8_ISR_SCENARIOX and HRWPC_PCR.

Where exactly did you get this error? PCR Team Viewever? or on a specific PCR? Also, what version are you on?
