Getting Exception after Deployment: Urgent

Hi

I configured the Adobe Document Service as per configuration Guide.Then as per document i tested it(http://server:port/AdobeDocumentServices/Config).it shows me correct expected results.then i download the example (Dynamic Form Creation) from SDN and deployed it.it is giving me following error:

com.sap.engine.services.webservices.jaxrpc.exceptions.InvalidResponseCodeException: <b>Invalid Response Code: (404) Not Found.</b>

i recheck the login,password in Adobe Services using Visual Admin.Please can anybody help me out how to resolve this problem.i will give good points
