system has to send po by mail to vendor by script

I am kishore. i have assignment. RFQ’s to be linked with vendor master with e-mail to send enquiries directly through system insteayd of courier/fax. Vice versa P.O’s. Specifications, drawings should also go to vendor alongwith mail.
