Arrear after net due date - Credit control Management -FD33

In payment history of credit control managment (FD33),is showing no.of days of arrear but arrear days is not appearing for a particular customer.

This arrear days will be calculated as a weighted average of credit amount and the days between net due data and clearing date.

For a particular customer the no. of arrear days is not showing in the payment history of FD33.

We are using the single credit control area for all the group companies.
