inspection lot creating with skip status

Hi Experts,

Could you please help on this issue.

We have two inspection type 01 and Y1 for the same lot origin "01". For 01 inspection type skips allowed has checked in material master QM view, but for "Y1" type " skips allowed has not check marked. 01 inspection type is working proper.

but, when inspection lot is getting created with Y1 type it is creating with SKIP status.as skip status has not checked in material master QM view in inspection type setiing for this.Is there any setting need to check for this. the materials have check marked with "HU unit status"

Have you tried looking for a quality level in QDL2 for the material and seeing if one exists? If it does, try deleting it. I'm assimuing for a material you are using either one inspection type or the other. I wouldn't think this would be an issue but I'd try it and see what happens.
