As per the information available , in the proposed GST there is requirement to pay service tax on the advance payment to the supplier even though there is no service provided yet by the vendor and there is no Invoice given by the vendor .
I am not able to understand that how this requirement can be addressed in SAP .
I request members to kindly share their expertise on this issue.
