Plant Maintenance Orders - Setting Del Flag/Indicator

Hi All,

How do I set the deletion flag and indicator for a PM order created in the past?

Also is there any transaction for setting Del flag and indicator all the PM orders created under a particular planning plant?

Hi Janani,

Use program "RIARCORV" to set Deletion flag and Deletion indicator for Maintenance order.

Use selection profile status to select the orders. Example you selection profile defination should take all order with status "CLSD".

Also you can use "Plannin Plant" & "Order type" to select relevant orders.

You could create and use a CATT or LSMW script to mass delete.

HI Janani,

GOTO <b>IW32</b> (Change Order)or

<b>IW38</b>( Chnage list of PM orders).

Order->Functions->Deletion Flag->set.

If you want to reset after set you can also do that.
