display popup message in between logon screen and easyaccess

hai

i want to show a popup message displaying

a message which must be again in the logon language

choosen and that popup message should appear immediately

in between the logon screen and the sap easy access screen

i tried, as suggested by sridhar,Alejandro López,Rich Heilman,

by writing simple message for the logon language 'EN' but the ehancement SUSR0001 is not triggering and in the include i added some message type.

can u please check and send me how to execute it

please give me reply as early as possible.
