Excel freeze panes on WEB APPLICATIONS

Hi Experts,

Does anybody know how to implement something like the "excel freeze panes functionality" (freeze columns headers on top of the pages) for web applications?

We are using BW 7.0 (SAP Netweaver 2004s BI).
