C4Service - Unassociated Email Conversion

Hi Experts,

Can anyone please clarify the difference between the NEW and ACTIONS button on Unassociated Emails screen. Both convert the unassociated email to a ticket. Both convert it to type Service Request.

If both do the same, what is the purpose of both options?

I cannot remove the NEW button and this is causing confusion for users

Please advise if possible
