InfoArea Arrangement

Hi, In the InfoAreas with everything collapsed except the top levels my Z InfoArea is at the Top. I would like it to be listed as last InfoArea. When I drag it down to the last area it ends up as a subarea for the last infoarea. I dug thru the forums, but couldn't fine anything specific. I think I'll have to manipulate the tables?

How to I get my Z infoarea to show up as lastin the hierarch?

Hi,

You might try doing the following steps :

1. Idenfy the infoareas that are after your Z Infoarea.

2. Drag each of these other Infoareas one by one and drop on "Infoprovider" - the starting node (top most node) for the Infoprovider Tree.

3. Each of the dragged Infoarea will be at the top of the list.

4. We can keep doing this till you get your Z Infoarea to the location where you want it.

5. I tried this option and it worked for me.

Other BI Developer found solution by modifying a table.

I guess you can modify the table RSDAREA Infoarea table , the field that can be changed is Infoara next or Infoarea previous , try doing this.
