please tell us the full eventlog entry for EVENT_SERVICE_CRASH_NO_ACTION.
Typically it is associated with a service. What information did you find around this in application log and system log.
This is normally not the only entry in such a situation.

Hello,
-Run transaction RZ10 on both instance.
-In 'Blue' Menu click Go To-> profile parameters -> server.
-double click on Your instance
- find parameter PHYS_MEMSIZE (this parameter is in MB)
Add values for CRM and ERP and compare it to Your Phisical memory of server box.
If values this values are equal, You may get EVENT_SERVICE_CRASH_NO_ACTION error.

EVENT_SERVICE_CRASH_NO_ACTION is a Windows Eventlog Entry written every time a Windows Service is crashing. This has normally nothing to do with parametrization of SAP instances.
Only if the box is short on memory (pagefile) there might be an indirect connection to SAP System parameters. But in this case you should also see some messages like System is short on virtual memory in the system eventlog.
But together with the EVENT... message you will find the service name, which was not posted yet - unfortunately.
