Hi Ashlesha,
Have you checked the task in the BDOC BUPA_REL. It should be "D". If it is not then there is a problem. You can check it in transaction SMW01 -> in application toolbar there is a button(show bdoc message ext. data). select this you will see one entry. Then press SHIFT+F7 & you will get another popup screen with the BDoc details . In the header OBJECT_TASK = D.
Also just ot add. If you delete the relationship in R/3 the person itself will get deleted where as in CRM the contact person BP will remain there but only the relationship will get deleted so you can check this in BP transaction -> relationship tab.

Hi Ashlesha,
Have you checked the relationship in R/3 whether it got deleted or not. If yes then do the request download of that perticular customer and check whether it is deleting the relationship in CRM .
for request download use transaction R3AR2,R3AR3 & R3AR4.
Hope this will help.

Hi Ashlesha,
The request download is nothing but the initial load, the only diffrence is that you are requesting the perticulad data. So in this case it will bring the customers and the relationship so that the two system became in sync.
As you said you are new to this area I will explain the steps in detail so that you will not get confused.
Take an example that you have deleted the relationship of the customer e.g customer no. 100000240 in transaction XD02. Now when you checked the BP in CRM and you checked the relationship tab for the BP 100000240 you still see the relationship.( This is your scenario if I understood correctly)
Now you create a request in CRM transaction R3AR2 for object CUSTOMER_MAIN, table name = KNA1, field KUNNR = 0100000240( this should have 10 digitsincluding leading zeros).
R3AR4 -> start the request you have created.
R3AR3 -> Monitor the request.
Now follow the same steps for the object CUSTOMER_REL for the KUNNR = 0100000240.
Once it is done check the BP in CRM. It should be in sync with R/3.
