Operation is not permitted on an Offline DbSpace

Hello there.

We are having table which is in 2 tables-paces due to its size, say tablespace A and tablespace B, the first one is read /write, the second one read. If we restore only tablespace A, then we expect to see the data from tablespace A and do not care about tablespace B ,but instead of that we got:

Operation is not permitted on an Offline DbSpace, SQLCode = -1009173

Is it allowed to restore DB like and this and if yes, then maybe someone can explain why this error occure.

IQ version 16.sp11 with the latest , Aix
