Installation Problem in BW 3.1

Hi,

I am installing BW 3.1.

Installation is going fine till the last process.

But the last process " Starting RFC Jobs(post processing)" I am getting an error. The logview says, Error is because of wrong Syntax in some program.

When I click OK, The installation is terminated. In the console screen the server status is green, and all the Work Processes are 'wait'.

So, I installed front end. During logon using DDIC user in 000 client, Iam getting a popup saying "error in the program".

What is the way to rectify it?

Regards,

Srinivas

    Hello

You can start SAPINST, to install the left components. Insallation process starts form the point where it was stopped.

you MUST re-start sapinst in order to finish the installation successfully! otherwise your system is in a corrupt state...

-> check the pwd for user DDIC in client 000

-> check sm37 (jobs that failed)
