Deadline Monitoring / Multiple Escalation Notification in SAP Workflow

Hi Experts,

I have a scenario, in such a way that if user decision is not approved with in 3 days a mail notification should sent to manager. after next 3 days an another notification mail should sent to higher manager(i.e. after 6 days). And multiple work items should not be generated in user workplace.

I got the first escalation notification after 3 days by using dead line(Latest End) .

Hi,

You can maintain 3 days in Latest Start. And 6 days to Latest End to higher managers. Your requirement addressed .
