Manage SLA from service purchase contracts

How can I manage SLA from service purchase contracts and apply penalty if SLA is exceeded.

I could post the penalty as a subsequent credit, however is necessary to consult in a consolidated report all penalties applied and effectively paid by vendor.

Obs. I have availabe SAP ERP 6.0 EHP8, MM Standard
