As we know, in SAP B1, when entering a marketing document, if you want the item description to be something other than what the Item Master holds, you can press CTRL+TAB to tab out of the field leaving any description of your choosing in the Item Description field.
But we want to be able to copy and paste from Excel into a Purchase Request where the Item Description will often differ from what's loaded in the Item Master. Does anyone know of a way to copy/paste from Excel with a different Item Description? Currently SAP chokes when we do CTRL+V to paste the data with a different description.
