posting_illegal_statement is triggered when some 'dialog' or 'leave' statement is executed during commit work, often caused by a wrong customer enhancement of the code (vorbidden statements as of Abap documentation)
If more information is required you should export the dump to a file and attach it to the discussion and/or provide MUCH MORE information, also please note that at 98% the problem is in one customer development in your system (or look for an OSS note) so first read ST22 yourself.
