How To Copy Reference Objects Assignment Block Data From SAP CRM WEBUI Task To Incident

Dear Expert,

Reference Objects Assignment Block Data Is Not Copied From SAP CRM WEBUI Task To Incident When We Do Following Things:

1) We create a task in sap crm webui

2) We maintain product data in reference objects assignment block of task

3) We save the task

4) We create Incident as a followup document of the task

5) Product data maintained in reference objects assignment block of a task are not copied to the reference objects assignment block of an incident

For the above issue, we have also maintained copy control.

Note : The above scenario is perfectly working fine that is product data maintained in reference objects assignment block are getting copied if we create an incident as a followup document of the incident. So, It is working fine in case of Incident to Incident but not working fine in case of Task to Incident.

I did the configuration as specified by you in your answer. But still it is not working. Herewith, I am attaching some snaps just for your reference.

Please check the Object Reference Profile is same in Task and Incident in IMG (configuration). And also check in "Copying Control for Transaction Type" from Task to Incident, the check box "Complete Reference" is checked and whether copy rotuine is used to influence the reference copy.
