nspadm is windows user, logon to windows using any other admin account and reset the password for nspadm.

start->settings->control panel->user accounts

Hi Walter,

if you mean these fields:

User computername/username

Password

you have to input

the computername/ user name that currently is loged in

and user's password.

you need these info to start the server

Hi Mladen,

I did the following inputs:

User: D83111304/SAP Administrator

Password: < > empty ,because the user

SAP Adminstrator has no PW

and the following message appeared:

Start failed:2

Invalid credentials

is it a problem, that the username consists of 2 words?

Thanks and regards

during installation the system would have created a user called NSPADM and would have required you to set the pwd for the same. you have to use them.

User: D83111304/nspadm

Password: <pwd set for nspadm>
