Need Help on Archiving various objects

Hi All,

We are using SRM 4.0. Standalone Scenario.

Is there a good documentation available (apart from SAP Documentation) for archiving objects like IDOCs, Work items, Shopping Carts, Purchase orders, Confirmations etc.

I did try to use T-Code SWW_SARA but was not successful.

It will be really helpful, If you can help me know the procedure to archive the above objects. I would also like to know the procedure to display the objects, once archived.
