Installation mySAP ERP 2005 IDES version

Anyone out there has successfully installed the IDES version of ERP 2005 (central instance) on Windows 2003(standard edition)/MaxDB (HD - 500 GB, Memory 2GB)?

I have seen several postings, but none of them with a successful outcome.

The IMPORT ABAP job aborts after a random number of jobs.

I am using java SDK 1.4.2_12.
