Locked SAP* DDIC*

I've installed the Solution Manager 4.0 in Database SQL server, but when I want enter to system Client 000 with SAP* or DDIC users and password 06071992 or 19920607, the system indicate me that password incorrect.

I've unlocked the users, with the statement:

Update sm1.USR02 SET UFLAG = 0 WHERE MANDT='000' and BNAME='DDIC'

but the error continue.

Can you help me?

Dear Luis Salazar

I think you better check parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar.

Below are the 2 possibilites.

0: Automatic user SAP* is permitted

1: Automatic user SAP* is deactivated.

After changing the parameter you will need to restart the application.

during the installation it will ask you to enter new passwords .what did you enter for during installation

06071992 or 19920607 arte obselete in sol4 , after you remove sap* from usr02 . the default password for sap8 will be pass
