Hello,
I have a report which contains several workers' data. I need to split the report for each worker(few excel files which all of them will be saved on one folder). I'm able to save one big excel for all the workers (using the "reporting agent") but how can I make a special file for each worker? (There are more than 100 workers )
Please Advice,
David

Hi David,
In the document I read you yesterday (How to precalculate for off-line usage) there is a part related to Control Query. If you use this Control Query, based on a simple query with all your workers, the system will produce a single file with all workers and a report for every single worker.
Try and let me know please.
Ciao.
Riccardo.

Hi Riccardo,
I went through the document you've mentioned (How to precalculate webtemplates for offline usage), but for me it is not clear in every point. The two queries were created according to the document, just as the webtemplate. Whenever I execute the webtemplate in a browser, I get the message "No precalculated data for DATAPROVIDER_2". DATAPROVIDER_2 is the control query. Am I doing something totally wrong, or is it my misunderstanding of the document?
Thanks in advance,
Gabor
