The special ledger is supposed to work the same as it works in ECC. If you are doing system conversion, there is no impact. Special ledger will work as it works today and you cannot create a new ledger for the same. For a new implementation, suggestion would be to use the parallel ledger functionality. In Central Finance, there is no out of box functionality for mapping special ledger functionality to a ledger. You may have to create a custom solution around it.
