Hi gurus,
We will have to do COPA data realignment (with transaction KEND) very often and we don't want to have inconcistencies between R/3 and BW, but we can't do every time data reinitialization because of the operation take too much time.
Is it any standard transaction or logic to avoid the reinitialization of data,???????
i read note 400576 but i can't use the DIRTY FLAG option because i don't want inconsistency between R/3 and BW.
It seems to me that the only way to solve the problem is to re-initialized data, but i can't, because of too large data volumes.
Then, i would like to have more information about note 696936, in particolary i don't understand the "new logic":
"Since with the new logic, you can execute several Delta initializations and upload data from the OLTP System to severalBW systems, you MUST first delete the initialization selections in ALL BW systems and then reexecute all Delta initializations".
I don't understand the logic.
Thanks,
Have a nice day !
Best Regards,
Piergiorgio Roman
Hi Piergiorgio.
I am having exactly the same problem as you.
Your post is "answered" but it seems like noone has postedany answers. What was the solution for this problem with the realignments?
Thanks and Regards.
Dani.
