SCM 4.0 > 5.0 SR1 Upgrade iSeries failed START_SHDI_FIRST

Hello,

We lost power during SAPUP phase START_SHDI_FIRST. Now, we can no longer start the shadow instance. The error:

The SAPup.ECO file appears to be corrupted. I've tried to correct the file and delete the corrupted entries, but only the following processes start: msg_server, and sapstart . DISP+WORK is not starting and STDOUT trace is reporting libregx.o does not exist.

Any suggestions on why the shadow instance is not starting up?
