Hi Julie,

What version of Crystal Reports are you trying to run?

In the past, I've had similar problems and had to install the latest .NET Framework on the machine.

Did the Crystal installer give you any warnings or errors during installation?

Running in Windows 7 64 Bit. Whenever we run the startup.exe it displays the Microsoft Visual C++ Runitme Library Runtime Error "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information". We upgraded the MS Visual C++ Runtime Library to the latest version and also tried to install with admin account but none of that works. Is there any suggestions that could be made? This computer has never had any instance of Crystal Reports installed, so the solution on the link above cannot be applied. Please advise.
