​ Can we use HANA studio in SAP BW on HANA Landscape

Hi Team,

I have small doubt in SAP BW on HANA Landscape.

When we are running SAP BW on HANA, Is it possible to use HANA studio to create models or do we need to pay any extra amount for license.

The current Runtime Liscence covers SLT. However, the question is, even if i have SLT liscence to connect BW, Can i replicate directly to BW HANA Schema ?

It is very confusing on what we do with SLT with BW HANA ?

@Lars - I think the runtime liscence is common for any client rather than being client specific.Please correct if my understanding is wrong.

Hi ,

Yes we can create virtual provider with using of Hana View, there is no need of license, because you would have paid for SLT license.
