Need advice on an Error Message using T-Code MRKO for Consignment and Pipeline Settlement! I'm getting this error message -

System error in routine FI_TAX_GET_TXJCD_LEVELS error code 2 function builder TAX2

Message no. FF769

I've checked the PIR and made sure that the tax exempt setting is entered but it's not fixing the problem?

Try to use the correct Primary Tag which I have changed from Sales to MM as this query is related to MM and not SD.

Execute OMR2, select Company Code and maintain default value for tax code

Does the error occur in a S4 Hana system? If yes, maybe you could have a look at this OSS note:

Procedure

If the program error occurred

• In a standard SAP program, then create an OSS message

• In a program you wrote yourself, then correct the program.

You can also use "where used" to find where the message is coming from exactly. And search SAP notes, obviously.
