shopping cart approval status(production issue )

Hi Experts,

I got very strange production issue.

Actually it is related to ebp module.In the ebp side the shopping cart status moniotor shows the " awaiting approaval status" in the "status column" for some shopping cart ids.

But in the biw report selcetion criteria does not display the above shopping carts list, but individually if i check shopping cart (<b>10057367) </b> i can see the shooping cart and status in the cloumn status reads <b>"Shopping cart ordered".</b> It has to show <b>"awaitng approval status</b> " it is not at all reflecting . Can any1 tell me that wat is the casuing for this.

Its a high priority isssue.
